Booking your Cottage

Thank you for your decision to book with us!

Booking procedure

1. Do please read our booking conditions so that there is no misunderstanding as to what you may expect of us and we may expect of you.

2. Select the cottage and week(s) of your choice from the Friday or Saturday availability tables.

3. Completely fill out and send our online reservation form. We use a secure server with state-of-the art encryption technology, so you do not have to worry about secrecy of your data.

4. Please download our booking form from any of the formats offered, and complete this as well.

5. We shall reply by return e-mail whether or not the cottage/period of your choice is still available. Our availability tables are updated very frequently, so it is more than likely that this is indeed the case.

6. If so, send off the booking form to us by "snail" mail, together with payment (preferably by cheque) of the deposit required. For further details, please see the booking form. Your including your credit/debit card details with your reservation secures your booking, provided (please note our disclaimer) the cottage/period was still available. If you pay by cheque, we shall obviously not charge your card.

7. We must insist on receiving a booking form from you by post; the details on it provided by you are needed for safety and insurance reasons (we always need to know who is or may be on the premises).

8. Upon receipt of your booking form we shall confirm your booking and receipt of payment in writing.
