Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for a lovely stay this past weekend – a real tranquil retreat for us, so huge thanks.
We think we managed most of the recycling ok as we have a similar approach hear at home – hopefully the ‘waste’ bag in the kitchen was ok to leave as it only had a few film type packaging items and it didn’t seem quite right to throw a good big bag. Normally we would just take the left-over toiletries too but not sure what the process was there (maybe it was in the monster manual 😉).
And to answer John (Jan?)’s question directly, yes, we would definitely be looking to come back at some point, irrespective of the family situation. Probably another long weekend or a week of walking (rather than eating and drinking!).
